Foggo ‘Oblivion’ Syrah Fortified

Sweet, late harvest Shiraz grapes are picked, de-stemmed, pressed and partially fermented, before aged brandy spirit is added to the juice. We then bottle the sweet nectar, capturing its fresh and vibrant flavours and sublime ruby colour.  Enjoy on its own, or with cheese, fruit and dark chocolate.
