The Foggo Wines Moscato was sourced from the winery block.
The key to making this wine is to capture the natural fruity flavours and aromas. The grapes are chilled and full bunch pressed and clarified. The clarified juice is put in a pressurized fermenter. During fermentation the carbon dioxide is captured giving the wine its frizzante character. The ferment is stopped early leaving the grapes natural sugar and flavour intensity as the wine key feature.
This wine is fresh zesty with tropical fruit flavours, some underlying spice and just a hint of bubbles and a clean finish.
Great on hot summer's day with a variety of food styles or as an aperitif.
