Black Myriah Sparkling Shiraz

Black Myriah is a non vintage sparkling red. A selection of premium red wine from the old vine stock Shiraz.  This wine was bottle fermented in the traditional French way and is the product of three years work to make this stunning wine. It displays heaps of fruit and subtle oak. This vintage is entirely Shiraz from the 1915 block. The dosage was 65ml of 3 sheds Shiraz when the wine was disgorged.

A brilliant vibrant colour,  it is big thick and dense with upfront spice, lovely black licorice and red fruit flavours, great middle palate weight and persistent mousse. Fresh palate with sweet finish.

A wine to enjoy at any time of the day.
